God's Purpose?

“In searching for God’s purpose – the reasons behind events – I saw that whenever I had come to Jesus stripped of pretensions, with a needy spirit, ready to listen to him and to receive what He had for me, He had met me at my point of need. He can make the difference in every human situation.

The word impossible melts away with Him. He knows no defeat and can turn every failure and frustration into unexpected victory. He can reverse a doctor’s grim prognosis. With Him, a seemingly dark and desolate future becomes a joyous new life.

I know all this to be true because I have lived it. I have met God at moments when the straight road turns, and He has picked me up, wiped away my tears, and set me back on the path of life.”
