Do What Gives You Joy!

Joy is like a balanced ball of energy...a completely natural and spontaneously vibrant, expansive entity that originates from the heart/soul. Joy is the source and result of creativity. It fills us with creative energy. When we are in that "sweet spot", that "groove", we know it...no one has to tell us...we know we are where we are supposed to be and we become who and what we are supposed to become. Like love joy is both bitter and sweet but it is better to have tasted joy than to have never know it for the memory of joy leads us back until, perhaps one day, we will be able to be joy full.

So find the things, the people, the activities that resonate joyfully inside you and reside there. Money is necessary, but if we have money and no joy then we have very little indeed.
